The Grant and Projects Officer – Community Health is responsible for directing and coordinating the process for government and private grant submissions, which support short and long-term strategic plan priorities for MCHS community health efforts.  As part of the Center for Community Health Advancement (CCHA) leadership team, this individual will work in collaboration with program and department leadership to identify grant sources, prepares grant submissions, support grant requirements, develop and maintain relationships, and coordinates the annual reporting for all executed grant contracts. In addition, the Grant and Projects Officer will help provide oversight and management of strategic projects identified by the CCHA leadership team.
