We have an application that is pending review at NIH. The PI that applied can no longer serve in that lead role. I know that the Commons has a prior approval function to change the PD/PI on an awarded grant but haven't seen anything on how to make the switch to an application before review. We are reaching out to the PO as well.
If anyone has experience with this process, any help would be much appreciated.
