Good afternoon, fellow admins. I have a question regarding CPS for people who will be consultants to the proposed project. NSF says we should include their biosketch but if I attach a biosketch, I’ll be required to attach a current and pending support.

Problem is that as a consultant, we’re paying a fixed rate fee for their work and I don’t know how to estimate committed person months.

Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance!
