Hello,

We replaced Kuali Coeus with Streamlyne Research in 2016 at University of Arkansas Fayetteville and will include University of Arkansas Little Rock and Division of Agriculture in Streamlyne later this year. All institutions within the Arkansas system are transitioning to Workday, and we’re rolling out our first phase July 2020.

For July, Streamlyne will be receiving data from Workday HCM for user maintenance plus salary/job/appointment details and other HR attributes.

For subsequent phases, we are expecting to layer in the following integrations:

- Streamlyne Award Data to Workday
- Streamlyne Award Budget and Budget Adjustments to Workday
- Streamlyne Subaward Data to Workday

We also want to integrate Sponsor records and Subrecipient records, but we have not yet decided if Workday will be the system of record or if Streamlyne will be the system of record. There’s also an open question as to which system will own subrecipient invoicing – both offer it.

We're working on integrations to support research compliance for CITI training also.

There are Reporting options within Streamlyne and we also have our SAS reporting tool linked to our Streamlyne database.

Thanks,
Heather
