I hope everyone is staying safe during these very interesting and challenging times.

Does anyone have a sample of an EAGER 2-page outline that they would be willing to share with me?  We have a faculty who are interested in responding to the latest DCL, and the PO told them to submit a 2-page outline as follows:

Please email me a research concept outline or similar document by March 20 if possible.  Typically, this required document will not exceed two pages. These Research Concept Outlines must include clear statements as to why a given project is appropriate for the RAPID funding. We would like to see rationale, research goals, specific education/learning-related research questions and methodology listed in the Research Concept Outlines. There is a similar process for submitting a research concept outline for the EAGER proposals listed in PAPPG. This will aid in determining the appropriateness of the proposed work for consideration of this DCL-RAPID proposals.

Of course when I go to the PAPPG EAGER section, there's no instructions for for the outline, and when I go to the DCL there's none there either.  Or if there are I am overlooking them which is entirely possible given the circumstances.

Anyway, if anyone can help I'd appreciate it.  This is due tomorrow (of course) so it's pants on fire urgent.
