Is anyone else having a problem adding an existing user with OAU role only to a Research.gov proposal in progress? I was able to add an OAU to a proposal back in August, but trying to do the same thing this week results in a 'person not found' message (using either the NSF ID or the account's email address).

I've reported to the NSF Help Desk, who said the organization View Only role had to be assigned as well. That has never been part of the OAU role previously.
