I currently reside in the DC Metro area, having over 30 years of experience in pre-award and post-award functions in non-profit and educational institutions, from pre-award submissions (solicitation review/recommendations, preparation of SOW, PWS, budgets) to post-award administration (financial analyst, grants and contracts accounting, sub-contracting management, compliance).
