Happy Friday Everyone!

We are getting an influx of faculty members who have purchased equipment on grants (federal, state, and private) who are looking to charge other faculty for the usage of said equipment. These faculty would in turn use either grant or university funds to pay for the equipment usage and it would go into an account that can be used for buying replacement parts and maintenance for the equipment. I have read up on the uniform guidance, but wanted to get some feedback from others who may have a system in place and perhaps some kind of guidance/policy that we could look over.
