Hi Bev,
First, we tell them we will not submit their proposal or set up their funding if they don't submit their disclosure (pssst, like we could get away with that!). When they go to our e-system to submit their disclosure, if their training renewal is due, they cannot access the form to submit their disclosure until they take the training. Haven't had any problems getting them to renew their training that way.
