Tracy,
We are working with Maximus right now to do that. I recommend them. You really want a consultant who knows how to negotiate with the Feds as it can be dicey. :)

Subject: [RESADM-L] aggregate fringe?
Greetings RA friends!
My institution (a PUI) is interested in securing a federally approved aggregate fringe rate for sponsored projects. We currently secure and use actual/individual fringe rates for each employee included in a grant budget. Has anyone, by chance, gone through this process and managed the change process? What consultant did you use? would you recommend them?
What were the challenges? Any and ALL information you can provide will be greatly appreciated!
thank you in advance!
