Thanks to people who responded to my query yesterday it looks like a lot of people decided not to sign-up because they aren't "decision makers".  Our response is "if you don't check it out how will it ever come up?".  You're the folks who drive decisions like this and the more you know about the options the better. So please don't let that be a hindrance.  Plus your feedback is critical for us in helping to make the system even better.

There were others who felt with the holidays coming they worried that 30 days might be too little time which is a fair point. To those who may have that concern I say we will happily extend your trial period.

Finally I think we were a little too clever in trying to be minimalistic on the sign-up page. We included information about every module as a link next to the option to try and not make the page too busy.  That was a bad decision on our parts as it wasn't obvious and people said they wanted to learn more before signing up. We've added a section to the bottom of the page that has an obvious link to more information from our home page to address this.

If you have a different concern than mentioned here please let us know so we can address it. I think folks know we've always strived to be helpful and this effort is no different for us.

We truly believe this solution will help lots of people get a better, cheaper solution so it's really important that as many people have a chance to see it as possible so when this conversation comes up you're armed with the information you need.
