Submission and validation on grants.gov seem fine for us, but NIH Commons doesn’t seem to be retrieving the applications.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Grants.gov down for anyone else? 11-6-2017 noon MST
Hello List,
We seem to be having issues connecting to https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__Grants.gov&d=DwIDaQ&c=shNJtf5dKgNcPZ6Yh64b-A&r=6XQYpEBTidKhb3QLqbM0d30lmmD25JMixAa8pRthtHY&m=79Fnv08MsK0jyKXUZvNbMpsssWLtLbqBaM4Tpruf8cg&s=F06sTDYtCY5Rvb23L_neLtT-a2_Ph1Pbv3MZOZVExNE&e=. I usually see messages here long before I experience the problem, so I'm wondering if it's just us, or is it affecting everyone?
Thank you,
Chris Carsten, Colorado State University
