Hi.
I suggest listing the current effort level under the active section. Then list under the overlap section a detailed explanation how the researcher's effort will be adjusted to reduce his overall effort.
If you want to discuss further, please feel free to contact me directly.

Hello,
Question about an Other Support page for a researcher who was over allocated but who has reduced effort to resolve: when I resubmit the Other Support page for this researcher should I list current or reduced (pending formal approval) effort under Active Grants?
Thank you so much for your help with this one!
