--Grants and Contracts Data Specialist--Georgetown University--

Located in a historic neighborhood in the nation's capital, Georgetown

to social justice. We are currently looking for qualified candidates
to join our Office of Research Services.

The Grants and Contracts Data Specialist assists Principal
Investigators and Administrators with data management, reporting, and
data analytics for grants and contracts administration. S/he is
proficient in Workday Grants Management functionality and provides
support for critical metrics. Reporting to the Director of the
Research Services Center, the Grants and Contracts Data Specialist has
duties that include but are not limited to:

1. Grants Management System
-Records proposal.
-Activates and sets up awards.
-Completes award amendments.

2. Data Reports
-Provides data/reports to Main Campus management and Principal
Investigators for critical metrics: for example, proposal volume;
active awards; and projected revenue.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree.
-2 - 3 years of experience with complex data entry, reporting, and
data analytics.
-High proficiency using MS Excel.
-Adaptable to the ever-changing technology within the university and
the Federal Government.

Preferred qualifications
-Experience in a university or other nonprofit grants and contracts office.
-Proficiency using PeopleSoft products, Workday, Oracle, and/or Coeus.
