Colleagues,

I am working on my doctorate degree in public administation at Valdosta State University, and as part of the requirements for my PADM 9040 class - Research Methods in Public Administration - I am required to conduct a research study and submit a final paper for the class.  To this end, I am looking at the impact of college/university leadership development programs on the career advancement of research administrators.

The survey should take approximately 4-5 minutes to complete, and has been determined by the Valdosta State University IRB Review Board to be exempt under Category 2.
