Just say no! We have multiple points of contact, but each is Board
approved to act on behalf of the university re federal assistance.

Subject: [RESADM-L] SAM registration and the commons
Do any of you have multiple points of contact for SAM and/or era commons?
We have a new position in Advancement that is asking to be on both
systems.
When I mentioned that she didn't need access to these, she said she wanted
to link to her old SAM account that she previously had with another
organization. Any comments?
