Any way that all the repeats of messages and all the repeats of headers & footers can be avoided with this list serve communication? The helpdesk said to make sure the application is on the desktop, this worked a few months ago, but not now, it's possible that the IT dept added some security measure. We ended up using ASSIST and were able to submit, but AO's can't submit using ASSIST. Any idea on why the old fashioned SF424 form would not work?
