All of these types of agreements flow through our Office of Sponsored Projects (Sponsored Programs Administration at UMB) and have to be routed through the campus just like a federal or corporate agreement that has funding attached.
Respectfully,

How does your university manage unfunded agreements?
I’m looking at data sharing/data use agreements, clinical trial agreements, teaming agreements, membership agreements, collaboration agreements and others, all of which do not have any funding associated with them (although sometimes the agreement explicitly states that each party will provide their own resources).
Are these types of “no money” agreements handled through your Office of Sponsored Projects? If not, how are they reviewed and tracked?
I would appreciate any information you would be willing to share. If you would prefer to contact me at my direct email xxxxxx@uky.edu<mailto:xxxxxx@uky.edu> please feel free to do so.
Thanks, Kim
