Dear Colleagues,

Have any of you had a job shadowing program within your Research Administration Office.  Either post award to pre award or post award to department administrator or department administrator to pre award etc.  I am working with a client at the moment and we may introduce this concept to the Office of Research Administration. I would be interested in hearing any results of such a program. I would also like to know the amount of hours and how often and over what period of time the shadowing took place. Also, I would like to hear about the results of the program and how much more enlightened the employees were after participating.

Any details on a program like this would be helpful in determining how we go forward.
