Since the Uniform Guidance came into effect in December 2014 it has divided fiscal years for many subrecipients. Some will still be audited based on OMB A-133 and some will be audited on the guidelines of 2 CFR Part 200 Subpart F. Have any Pass Thru Entities come up with an audit certification or notification they would be willing to share that address both audit requirements?
