I've got a question for the list and feel free to respond offline if you'd prefer. I know many of you have record retention policies that vary based on federal and state rules. Often there's a desire to archive or delete records that are past you desired period. How do you currently handle that? Do you truly delete the records or mark them archived/take them offline?
Thanks,
Chris
