My office is working to improve our efficiencies - both internal (with
each other) and external (with our pi's).  Our SOP's are extremely
outdated so I'm starting there -- As I begin, I wonder if there are any
PROVEN formats that work? If any of you have detailed SOP's that you
find user-friendly and wouldn't mind sharing them with me, I would be
