Re: late submissions for reviewers

My advice is to not get close to the 2 week/14 day deadline because it continues to be very unclear whether
the usual deadline rules apply in these cases. This tends to be subject to SRO/PO prerogative and not Grants.gov-ish 5PM norms.

Subject: [RESADM-L] late submissions for reviewers
Anyone know how the late submissions for reviewers works? I understand that NIH allows 2 weeks but does that include weekend days? Considering when a deadline falls on a weekend, it’s automatically reassigned to the next business day, do we count weekends when looking at the 14 day extension on late submissions for reviewers?
Thanks
Matt
