Good Afternoon,

I am looking for advice regarding Fastlane and where to request a
rebudget of funds.  We are requesting to move funds from salary to
equipment and we know we have to go to notification and requests, but
once you are in there which category is the most appropriate one to use?
We have tentatively settled on the change in objective or scope but I am
wondering what anyone else would use?
