Hello all, I had this message on a proposal I needed to submit earlier this week. I reported it to Fastlane Help, and after they checked it out, I was advised to submit. I did not have any issues with the submission, and I have not received any follow-up messages indicating that the warning caused an issue after submission. I would say if Fastlane Help obviously knows about the issue, and you've documented the conversation with the help desk, you can submit without (too much) anxiety. Happy Friday!
