We have purchased several of their webinars. They were all pretty good. The problem is that they repackage this stuff repeatedly and send out "new" offerings almost everyday! And frankly, if you've been in this business for very long, you see that there is nothing very new, little that one can't get by reading the standard instructions and advice on NIH and NSF web sites. Plus, more than a few of my faculty have told me that they object to doing business with any company that uses mass unsolicited emails as the primary business plan. We've taken a look at their website, and they seem to be offering some useful services. The email our investigator received is specifically advertising an NSF Toolkit. Does anyone have any experience with this group? Do you have any opinions about their NSF Toolkit or other services they offer?
