Hello,
One of our PI's has a laser in his lab needing at total of about $22,000 in repairs. The purchase of the laser was funded by a DOE grant and the PD wants us to submit a supplement proposal. What I need to determine is if all the repair cost can be considered equipment, thus no overhead.

Cost include: parts, freight, and labor - can I put all this under the equipment category in the budget?
