I suppose that it'll only be a day or two per office/person, but it's the principle. Like I said, I feel like their general approach is obfuscation and misrepresentation consistently. I was wondering how everyone is submitting their excel spreadsheets since it’s a Grants.gov submission that requires one upload and the guidelines state it should be a zip file when Grant.gov doesn’t allow zip file uploads? If you have any suggestions please let me know. The agency question period ended on 3/1/14, so asking them is not an option.
