We are curious to know what guidance, if any, your institution provides
concerning staff time (clerical, administrative, etc.) on grants that is
in addition to their regular full-time duties and in addition to their
fulltime time and effort.  A-21 provides guidance for limits on faculty
time, but staff and administrative time is not addressed as specifically.
