I've only tested S2S in Kuali Coeus, and neither Grants.gov nor Research.gov test opportunities auto-populate the NSF Division and Program code information.  Is this different in 'live' S2S environments (i.e., does this information auto-populate when a real NSF opportunity is selected for an S2S submission)?
