Re: Writing Winning Grants

Dear Tricia:
If you are interested in hiring a highly skilled instructor on grant writing I would highly recommend Judith Killen, Ph.D. who provided two workshops for UMB - one set in Baltimore that was one day long and another set in Kenya for our international project faculty that was one week long. I think Judith prefers a three day or one week approach. For our one week long grant writing workshop each participant walked away with a fully developed proposal ready for submission. She has extensive experience as a research administrator, and has been hired to assist organization's write proposal for which she has a high success rate. She can be reached at the following:

Is anyone familiar with the following seminar? If so, can you provide insight on knowledge gained and value? "Write Winning Grants." http://www.grantcentral.com/winninggrants.html
Also, if you know of others to suggest, please do. Our college of Education is looking for something "out of house" for their folks on grant writing.
Sincerely,
Tricia Callahan
