Grants Specialist Position available at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Boston

Harvard Pilgrim Health Care is seeking a Grants Specialist.
The successful candidate would have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and at least one
year related experience in a research administration/grants management environment with strong
knowledge of financial systems, grants administration, budget planning and monitoring; familiarity
with Oracle GMS is a plus. Should have some knowledge of external funding agencies rules and
regulations and appropriate OMB circulars. Must possess good judgment, negotiation, problem solving
skills and the ability and willingness to work independently and as part of a team along with the
ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines. Excellent computer skills, including database
management, strong interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to respond to a
wide variety and volume of requests from numerous individual in a timely and professional manner are
also required.
