Has anyone ever had a private operating foundation fund research via a non-grant, reimbursement arrangement with the requirement that all of the non-faculty research staff become employees of the foundation?
Please let me know off-list if you have experience with the basic financial, human resources, or intellectual property aspects of this type of arrangement.
