We are the sub on a CIHR grant, and they did not allow PI/Co-I salaries, F&A (indirect) or tuition and fees.

We have a subcontract with Ottawa Hospital i am trying to sort out. Does anyone know if Canadian Institutes of Health Research has a salary cap?
Also, has anyone been able to request & recover full indirect costs from the sponsor?
