This is what I was looking for but the application I am working on is actually for a DOE proposal so I am not sure if this guidance from NIH applies. Does anyone know if there is more general guidance that would apply to all federal sponsors? I suppose I could go read the NEPA referenced in the NIH guidance but I was hoping for something more straight forward.
