Dear Debra: UMB entered into a subcontract with the WHO Collaborating Centre which is part of the Ministry of Health, Myanmar. If you want to give me a call I can explain the process we went through and how we ended up being able to transfer funds to Myanmar. Has anyone sent over funds to Burma in a Sub and if so, did you have export control/clearance issues?
