Director of Compliance
Wright State University (Dayton, Ohio)

As a member of the leadership team and reporting to the Assistant Vice
President for Research, the Director of Compliance will assist in
developing a robust and comprehensive compliance program for basic and
clinical research.  The position will manage, monitor and oversee issues
related to the ethical and legal aspects of research including research
subject protection, financial conflict of interest and responsible
conduct of research.  Required: Master's degree or other
post-baccalaureate degree and a minimum of five years of prior
experience in research administration in an institution of higher
education or academic teaching hospital, including experience with
Financial Conflict of Interest Management and familiarity with federal
policies and procedures regarding human subjects protection and research
integrity.  Preferred: Ph.D. in related discipline.  Familiarity with
research compliance software related to financial conflicts of interest
and clinical trials.
