We require a second signature for the PI, a chair or dean.

Question: For those of you who do after the fact effort reporting, do you require more than the one signature of the “employee, PI, or responsible official who uses suitable means of verification that the work was performed?”  In other words, if the employee signs, do you also require a second signature from a chair/dean, etc?
