How is your institution handling the Indirect/F&A Cost rate and calculation in NSF REU proposal budgets?  If using something other than the institution's negotiated F&A rate and cost base, what are the rate, the calculation, and the rationale to support them?  Are there differences in the treatment of Site vs. Supplement proposals?
