We are submitting a proposal to the NSF Alliances for Graduate Education
and the Professorate (AGEP) program (NSF 12-554).  Upon opening the
budget pages, this particular application has a column marked Funds
Requested from NSF and a column marked Non-Federal Matching Funds and
Total Project Cost.  As this solicitation clearly states that inclusion
of voluntarily committed cost sharing is prohibited, it baffles me that
these columns have been added.  When I called the Fastlane help desk,
they just said they must be new columns added.  Has anyone else noticed
this or wondered why they have made the change to this particular
solicitation?  We are working on other solicitations where these columns
have not been added.
