Hi all,

I am hoping some of you might be able to provide me with the names
(offline if you wish)  and contact information of consultants you may be
aware of, or have worked with in the past, on setting service
center/recharge rates?

We're working on one such center now that I would assume would be
considered "highly specialized" and we're exploring the possibility of
seeking outside assistance.
