Mitt Romney might tell you that the entire government is infected.
Seriously, we seem to have no trouble downloading and saving the application. Try disabling your virus scanner temporarily! You might also make sure that the scanner is completely up-to-date.

When we try to download the application associated with this CFDA # from Grants.gov our virus scan (TrendMIcro) tells us it's infected. We can't download the application. Can't open it; can't save it. Grants.gov isn't having any difficulty. Has anyone been able to download this Department of Ed application? Here's the link: http://apply07.grants.gov/apply/GetGrantFromFedgrants;jsessionid=llCJPPtJ1VPlXpVB6bY6shQVjn7yyHnhvhCj4G0wGWqvrvpgQSQS!477727685?opportunity=ED-GRANTS-051112-001&agencycode=ED
Thanks for your help.
