Subject: [RESADM-L] McNair STEM Definition
Posting this question on behalf of a colleague. You can reach me directly at xxxxxx@aascu.org if you prefer to respond off-list.
"Across the country the McNair Directors are having a conversation as to whether or not to use the National Science Foundation STEM definition (includes 'soft' sciences) or the NCES STEM definition ('hard' sciences only). Have you heard anything regarding this issue? Hearing others' views will help us provide the best guidance to our McNair staff."
