Does  anyone know how to enter a modification  to the original subaward
report  through fsrs.gov?  Specifically, if there is an increase to the
subaward?  Also, am I to assume correctly that there is no reporting to
be done for a no cost extension modification?
We have reviewed the user guide online, but are not finding any useful
information.
