Northern Arizona University (NAU) is using the electronic routing feature in Cayuse 424 to route ALL proposals (not just grants.gov through Cayuse proposals) as well as ALL other non-proposal actions (e.g., any action that can be loaded as an attachment and routed for approvals. It's a temporary solution until we expand our pre-award software suite, but working very well in the meantime!

UMB has an electronic system that allows the creation of a proposal, the routing and  approval and sign-off electronically through the implementation of Coeus.  The UM system went 100% electronic routing on October 1, 2009 and it continues to be a successful process and system.  Marjorie Forster
