Hello all.

I am helping out a colleague at a very small institution.  Looks like DHHS is going to require them to prepare a short form proposal.

I'd like to give them an estimate of how much a consult prepared short form proposal would be.  If anyone has had a short form proposal prepared by a consultant recently, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
