On the subject of NEH, is the summer stipend grant always submitted by an individual? I tried to submit one but was told by grants.gov it is an individual award and can't be submitted by the university.

Try MD-006. For some reason, the first space will accept two digits, but the second time around it wants three.

Here is a completely out-there question.

I have an NEH application. There are two different spots where I have to put our Congressional District. In the first I put MD-06, which it accepted just fine. In the second I put MD-06, which is rejects at not valid. MD06 does not work either.

Any ideas? It is a required field.
