We use the lower of the proposed rate or the rate that is currently in effect. Marie *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* Marie F. But I do not see anything clearly stated in A-122. Our institution has historically adjusted the applied indirect rate as rates have been negotiated during the life of the award, but we are hearing from NIH that we should keep the same rate. How do other non-profits do this? Thanks for your input. ****************************************************** Frances A.
