We are in the process of sending old effort forms to storage. The rule is to keep 3 years after the award ends. What policies/procedures do others institutions have in place to retain sufficient effort forms since most would not file them by grant? Do you keep a certain number of years past the period certified or try to identify the grant end dates?
Thank you,
