I am a graduate student working on a Masters in Healthcare Administration and Policy. I am working on a research project creating metrics for the contracting process. Is there a resource available which has that information?

If not, what do you consider the ideal for:

Time from submission of contract application to receipt of funds:

Number of awards to process per year:

Time for administrative processing of application:

If there are any other metrics which you feel are important, please include them as well.
